I'm not 100% sure if this is a TIC or a Condo -- shame it's not a SFH at 4000 sq ft -- but I really like this place. Clean, right across from the park and BIG. Not bad for $2.95M.

Glad I'm Not Living in a TIC

Even though things here in San Francisco seem to be insulated from all of the foreclosure, doom and gloom surrounding the broader market these day's -- I'm glad I'm not living in a co-financed TIC. TIC's (aka Tenancy in Common) are a form a real estate that is largely unique to San Francisco due to the restrictions and limitations on condo conversions and other city ordinances / restrictions. Sell Now or Lose $2800 a Week!!!

Twin Vic's on Webster -- 2247 Webster

I can't tell if this place is any good on the inside or not, but it sure as heck looks a lot like its twin sister just down the road at 2021 Webster. But at $1.85 for a good looking Victorian on a nice block of Webster seems like a pretty good deal to me.
